Ky, Oct. 19,- "Dick Casey, a negro charged with committing rape in a white girl, was taken from the jail at Hardinsurg a few nights ago by a mob and hung. There are times when mob law might be approved, but when the prisoner is in jail with a prospect of punishment to the full extent of the law there is not much sense or reason to it."
